1. Digital Products & All Sales Final

Connected Corner provides digital, intangible goods in the form of IT formation modules, tutorials, and certification preparation materials. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, we operate under a strict "No Refund" policy.

Once a course (including but not limited to Tech Basics, Web Front-End, Network Pro, Dev Bootcamp, or the Ultimate Master package) has been purchased and the digital access has been granted, the sale is considered final. We cannot issue refunds, accept returns, or process exchanges for digital products.

2. Exceptions

We want to ensure you have a seamless learning experience. While we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or changes of mind, we will work with you to resolve specific technical circumstances. You may be eligible for support or an alternative resolution if:

  • Technical Unavailability: You are entirely unable to access the course materials due to a verified technical fault on our platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same course module more than once in a single transaction.

3. Course Access & Expectations

By enrolling in a Connected Corner formation, you acknowledge that you have read the course descriptions, prerequisites, and system requirements. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and utilize the digital materials.

This refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes relating to this policy or the purchase of our digital goods will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
